to buy goods to be sold. Goods sold by them are generally not very expensive. The vendor

You would have seen many such shops which sell articles near places of worship, railway
stations, bus stops, etc.
6. Markets : The markets discussed above are easy to
recognise because the common people have to interact
with traders in such markets. There are many other
markets which you may not be aware of. A company
manufacturing certain items needs many items to buy
to manufacturing a particular thing. For example― a
car manufacturer needs iron to make engines. It needs
seats, bulbs, gear boxes, etc. from other manufacturers
to assemble a car. Similarly, a farmer needs to buy

seeds, fertilizers, etc. to grow crops.
7. Virtual Market : The internet has changed the way in which many people do shopping.
Now many items can be purchased online. There are many online shopping sites. One
can scroll through many options by clicking on a particular page. Once you decide to buy
a certain item, you need to pay through credit card or debit card. The product will be
delivered to you by parcel at any place of your choice.
Market and Equality : People are able to sell things they produce or grow in the market.
They get opportunities to work in the market. It has also been observed that the maximum
earnings or benefits is given to the rich people in the market. These are the people who
own factories or land, etc. and make huge profits in the market. As compared to these,
there are no very rich people who make only moderate profits. They are dependent on rich
people for loans, raw materials marketing or even employment. As they are dependent,
they are also employed, thus in the market, everyone does not gain equally. Therefore, it
is the democrate institution that helps in getting a fair wage in the market. To overcome
exploitations and bring equality in the market, it is essential to form cooperatives and
therefore, all laws can be strictly followed.
